This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Das Ambalaj ve Kutu San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Seller”), located at Kavaklıdere Mah. Dere Sok. No:11, Bornova/Izmir, and the Customer placing an order through our website.
1. Subject of the Agreement: This Agreement governs the sale of goods between the Seller and the Customer, conducted through electronic means on our e-commerce platform, in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws.
2. Order and Payment:
- Customers can place an order through our website by selecting products and completing the checkout process.
- Payment must be made via Credit Card through our secure payment system.
- Once the order is confirmed, the Seller is obligated to prepare and ship the order within 5 business days.
3. Delivery Terms:
- Orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 5 business days.
- The Seller collaborates with HepsiJet, Yurtiçi Kargo, PTT Kargo, and Sürat Kargo for delivery services.
- Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider policies.
4. Right of Withdrawal:
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
- To exercise this right, customers must notify the Seller in writing (via email or contact form).
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
5. Warranty & Defective Products:
- The Seller guarantees that all products are inspected before shipment.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours, including photographic evidence.
- The Seller will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
6. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Laws.
- Customers can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes below the legally defined monetary limit.
